Cognitive Readiness Diagnostic

A half-day facilitated session that shows your leadership team exactly where your organization is leaking institutional knowledge — and what to build first to stop it.

The problem we built this for

Most enterprise AI initiatives are landing on top of organizations whose institutional memory was already broken before the AI showed up. The technology isn't the constraint. The model isn't the constraint. The constraint is that nobody can answer four basic questions about the org:

  • What does it actually know — not on paper, but in the heads of the senior people who run it?
  • What does it value — not in the policy doc, but in the unwritten rules everyone follows?
  • How does it learn — when something goes wrong, does the lesson stay in the system, or does it walk out with the person who lived it?
  • What can it see about itself — when an agent or a vendor or a new hire does something the org "would never do," who notices, and how?

What this is

A structured half-day session with your leadership team — typically CEO, CTO, CHRO, and 2–4 other operational leaders. Run by a ParallelScore co-founder. Output: a scored Cognitive Readiness Report you can share inside the company, and a prioritized list of 3–5 actions you can take in the next 90 days. It's the same diagnostic we run with our Cognitive Stack implementation clients. We've productized it as a standalone engagement because — most of the time — the diagnostic itself is what your leadership team needs first.

What you get

  • A live, facilitated 4-hour session with your leadership team (in-person or remote).
  • A scored Cognitive Readiness Report — a named artifact, in your branding if you want, that you can share with your board, your investors, or your next executive hire.
  • A 90-day prioritized action map — three to five specific moves, in your context, that we believe will move your cognition posture the most.
  • Two follow-up calls in the 30 days after the session — to keep the work alive between your team and ours.

What it's not: a sales pitch for the full Cognitive Stack. About a third of teams who run this with us never need anything else from us. We're fine with that.

What it costs

$7,500 flat

No add-ons, no surprises. The report is yours. The conclusions are yours.

Who runs it

Run by Adebayo Dawodu, co-founder at ParallelScore. 15+ years inside enterprise transformation, healthcare data, and cross-border product delivery. The diagnostic draws on the same Cognitive Stack work shaping live implementation engagements.
